The module 'Structure & Pages' allows you to create and manage your websites and webpages. You open the module via the header 'Website':

Module overview

On the left-hand side of the module, you will see a structure of icon for websites 'websites' and icon for folders 'folders'. You will also have the option to choose icon for all folders 'all webpages', where the module will show you all webpages that have been added to the different folders.


On the right-hand side of the module, you will see the icon for pages 'pages' and icon for index pages 'index pages'. Each webpage line ends with the publication status, whether a schedule has been set, or if the accessibility has been set:

Controlling the website

By default, you will see the action button icon for add website 'add website' added to the menu bar on the left-hand side of the module.


When you select a specific website, you will find several additional action buttons to control your website when you click icon for more 'More':

 Edit Website: You can change the domain name, change the title, secure (HTTPS), change the standard template, apply the template recursively, or change google analytics code.


 Delete Website: Delete the website and everything within it.


 Change Website Permissions: You can set permissions at the website level.


 Duplicate Website: Duplicate the entire website and everything within it.


 Publish Website: Publish everything within the website in one go.


 Change Website Scheduling: You can set when a website goes on or offline.


 Change Website Accessibility: You can change the accessibility to this website; everyone, just registered visitors, or only specific visitor groups.


 Audit log: An overview of all edits to the website itself.



Controlling the folders

By default, you will see the action button icon for add folder 'add folder' added to the menu bar on the left-hand side of the module.


When you select a specific folder, you will find several additional action buttons to control your folder when you click icon for more 'More':

 Edit Folder: Change the name of the folder, choose a standard template, or apply the template recursively.


 Delete Folder: Delete the folder and everything within it.


 Change folder Permissions: You can set permissions at the folder level.


 Duplicate Folder: Duplicate the entire folder and everything within it.


 Publish Folder Contents: Publish everything within the folder in one go.


 Change Folder Scheduling: You can set when a folder goes on or offline.


 Change Folder Accessibility: You can change the accessibility to this folder; everyone, just registered visitors, or only specific visitor groups.


 Audit log: An overview of all edits to the folder itself.



Controlling the webpages

By default, you will see the following action buttons on the menu bar on the right-hand side of the module:


 Search: This will unfold a search bar:

 Share on social media (You can only choose this option if your social media has been linked in the modules 'Twitter' and/or 'Facebook')


When you select a specific webpage you will find several additional action buttons to control your redirect when you click icon for more 'More':

 Rollback: Version control; With this option, you can rollback to an earlier version.


 Change permissions: Change whether different user groups can view, add, edit, delete or publish content, or change permissions.


 Change scheduling: You can set when a webpage goes on or offline.


 Change accessibility: You can change the accessibility to this content; everyone, just registered visitors or only specific visitor groups.


 Take offline


 Duplicate: Duplicate the selected webpage.


 Audit log: An overview of all edits to the webpage



Summary of the webpage

When you select a webpage, a summary will appear at the bottom of the module. 


The general part of the summary will inform you of:

  • The direct URL of the webpage
  • The title of the webpage
  • The description of the webpage
  • The template used for this webpage
  • The direct URL of the webpage


The properties part of the summary will inform you of:

  • The date and time of the creation
  • The date and time of the last edit
  • The date and time of publication
  • Who has made the changes
