Module overview

On the left-hand side of the module, you will see a structure of icon for folders 'folders'.


On the right-hand side of the module, you will see the icon for redirects 'files'. Each file line ends with the date and time of creation:

Controle over de mappen

By default, you will see the action button icoon voor map toevoegen 'add folder' added to the menu bar on the left-hand side of the module. You will also see the following action buttons:


 Add a new form.


 Edit form: You can determine the name of the form and specify which fields are shown in the backend overview:

 Delete form.


When you select a specific folder, you will find several additional action buttons to control your folders and forms when you click 'More':

 Edit: Change the name of the folder, choose a standard template, or apply the template recursively.


 Delete: Delete the folder and everything within it.


 Change folder permissions: You can set permissions at the folder level.


 Duplicate: Duplicate the entire folder and everything within it.


 Download data: Download a CSV-file of all data for this form.


 Audit log: An overview of all edits to the folder itself.



Viewing the data

By default, you will see the following action buttons on the menu bar on the right-hand side of the module:


 Search: This will unfold a search bar.


 Details: View the data.


 Delete: Delete the selected file(s).



Summary of the data

When you select a file, a summary will appear at the bottom of the module.


The general part of the summary will inform you of:

  • The title of the file
  • When the file was created
