In order to log in to your Sitebox account, you need the correct URL. The Sitebox URL is easy to find. Type your website's URL in the address bar of your browser.

Your website's Sitebox URL
The Sitebox URL is easy to find. Type your website's URL in the address bar of your browser. At the end of the URL type:
It will look like this:
When you press 'Enter', your browser will automatically navigate to the right URL:
Logging in to Sitebox
Fill in your e-mail address en password and click 'Log in':
Should your e-mail address or password be incorrect, you will see the following:
Two-factor authentication
If your Sitebox account has two-factor identification activated, a second page will appear before opening Sitebox. Here you can fill in your personal authentication code.
Before you set-up your personal two-factor identification, you will receive the code by e-mail. Forgot your password?
A lost password can easily be reset through the log-in page. At the bottom of the log-in box click 'Forgot your password'. On the next screen, you enter your e-mail address. If a Sitebox user exists with that e-mail address, you will receive a link through e-mail that allows you to set a new password.
You can always change your password through the Dashboard.
